Recipe

Scrambled eggs are the ultimate keto breakfast. Easy to make, filling and affordable ingredients. You can even prepare a big batch and keep smaller portions in containers in the fridge (up to 2 days) for a ready to go breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

 1 tbsp butter
 2 eggs
 salt and pepper

Instructions

Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together with a fork.

Melt the butter on low to medium heat.

Add the eggs and stir regularly, keeping the heat low.

Feel free to add some salt and pepper.

When the scrambled eggs are still a little bit more creamy than how you want them, turn off the heat and serve them.

They will continue to cook a bit on your plate.

Tip!

The lower the heat on which you cook the scrambled eggs, the creamier they will be. Patience is key with scrambled eggs!
